Role Description

We offer full-time year around work, typically Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm. You will be leading a team predominantly in the Greater Toronto Area.  Achieving deadlines through selligating is a must. Team Leaders will be required to motivate and inspire their team to follow the company outlined SOPs/standard operating procedures and by leading by example. Team Leaders are expected to work alongside the team doing soft interior residential (house & condos) or commercial (offices & retail stores) demolition. The tools used on the job are the following but not limited to hammers, sawzalls, sledgehammers, crowbars, brooms and vacuums. We expect our Team Leaders to be rockstars on such tools, thus being able to lead by example.
